    What if I find a nanny right away? Can I cancel my subscription?

    Our Family/Parent - One Month Only Access isn't a recurring membership. It provides you with access for 30 days. You are only billed once so there is nothing to cancel!

    After signing up, how do I get started? 

    Once you have completed the sign up process, our system will email you a "Get Started" email that explains the various tools that we offer and how to use each of them. We recommend that you immediately complete your online profile so that care providers can find you through our Member Search tool. 

    How many nannies and sitters will I be able to access?

    All of them! You will receive full access to our Puget Sound community of over 10,000 nannies and sitters along with personalized recommendations made by our system. We have the largest and most active community of child care providers in the region.
