    What if I find a nanny right away? Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes! Cancel your subscription at any time and you won't be charged again in the future. You can also downgrade or upgrade your membership based on your child care needs. 

    After signing up, how do I get started? 

    Once you have completed the sign up process, our system will email you a "Get Started" email that explains the various tools that we offer and how to use each of them. We recommend that you immediately complete your online profile so that care providers can find you through our Member Search tool. 

    How many nannies and sitters will I be able to access with my subscription?

    All of them! With your active subscription, you will receive full access to our Puget Sound community of over 10,000 nannies and sitters along with personalized recommendations made by our system. We have the largest and most active community of child care providers in the region.
